This system is a 2 in 1 site evacuation and nursecall system. This system has many advantages and can be customised to suit. Some advantages are that the emergency response can be better managed as you can talk through the boxes. Your current radios can also work alongside these boxes which will save you cost and the hassle having 2 devices/systems. As this system is radio based it is more powerful and coverage will be better; if a repeater is required you will only require one and this repeater can be used for normal site communications as well as emergency.
This system works by user pressing a button to talk through the box and talking to someone who can manage the emergency. If necessary an alarm can be activated by someone pushing a button on the radio which will sound sirens and lights.
This alarm will be heard throughout the site as boxes will be located on each level in each building.
